DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ITEMS?
Yes, we can custom design something for you to treasure or for a thoughtful gift. We can incorporate a meaningful item or start from scratch. Colors, shapes or themes can be requested. We can also design personalized tokens that can be shared with family and friends as a remembrance keepsake at memorial services. Please contact us directly to let us know how we can help.

CAN I HAVE SOMETHING MADE FOR MY ORGANIZATION OR CAUSE?
Absolutely. We would be happy to assist you in creating a special memento to highlight, raise awareness or fundraise for your cause or organization. Please contact us directly to share your ideas and thoughts.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT?
We will be happy to gift wrap your item and include a handwritten note card free of charge. When checking out, please make a note in the “Special Instructions” box.

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?
Unless otherwise noted in the specific listing, all keepsakes are made and ready to ship when the order is placed and payment received. Special order delivery times will be quoted individually. For fingerprint orders, please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the completed mold for us to create your treasure. If there is a special need regarding delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will make every effort to help.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
How your items are specifically packaged will depended on what the items are. Your new treasures could be mounted on a card, tucked in a protective sleeve, pouch or jewelry baggie, displayed in a box or wrapped securely in tissue. In an effort to create less burden on the planet, whenever possible, we reuse shipping and packaging materials.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT IF A PIECE OF JEWELRY BREAKS?
We take great pride in our workmanship, all items will be guaranteed for 3 month from the date of purchase. During this time, whenever possible, we will gladly repair your items free of charge if the damage is caused by our workmanship. If repair is not possible we will exchange the item for an item of equal value. Please keep your invoice for exchanges. We realize, sometimes accidents happen. If your jewelry breaks due to any reason other than workmanship, there might be a nominal fee for repair or replacement. Please contact us directly for more information.

Yes, with minimums. Please contact us with specific questions or requests.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
Not at this time. Our website and online shop serve as our catalog.

WHY WHOULD I USE PAYPAL TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?
Because it’s a secure, safe way to make online purchases without having to give a seller your personal financial informaion. It’s simple and you don’t need to have an account with them to use your credit card.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
We are not responsible for loss or damage to an item that doesn’t have insurance or tracking.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If something arrives in it isn’t what you thought, we will exchange it within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your valid invoice. All Items bust be in new condition and all returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can make arrangements. We offer store credit only and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping and handeling costs are not refundable. We do not accept retruns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
